Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA LMFT Lic# 135924), and a founding member of the Southern California Therapy Collective, which provides support for therapists. I see clients locally at my office in Pasadena, and throughout California via telehealth.
My Practice
My main focus is helping individuals and couples working through relational and complex trauma, and relationship challenges (including sex therapy and infidelity). I have a special focus on working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients as they explore themes of identity, sexuality, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with artists and creatives, and those healing from religious trauma.
I integrate post-modern approaches, somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework. My practice is sex and kink positive, affirming of expansive relationship structures including polyamory and Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM), neurodiversity, and Health at Every Size (HAES). I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT); and the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH).
I use theraputic techniques including IFS/partswork, somatic techniques, EMDR Therapy , consultation for mental health professionals, and clinical supervision for graduate level AMFTs.
Education and Background
I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, where I specialized in LGBTQ+ Psychology. As a queer therapist, this experience deepened my awareness of the lack of formal education in the field and the urgent need for affirming, culturally responsive mental health services. It shaped my enduring commitment to providing affirmative care for LGBTQ+ clients, a focus that remains central to my practice today.
Before becoming a therapist, my first career was in the entertainment industry, in music and production. I began my career transition to mental health while working at MusiCares, a nonprofit arm of the Recording Academy and the GRAMMYs, supporting music professionals through crisis, recovery, and preventive care. My years there ignited my passion for mental health, and led me to pursue a career in clinical psychology.

As a result of the "No Surprises Bill" which took effect in January 2022, patients who are not using insurance have the right to request a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
